Hello ladies,

How are you today on this very rainy day? I hope you are indoors enjoying your cuppa :) So we'd been waiting for the Grand Finale of Beauty and the Blogger to know who actually won the series we had so diligently been following. And finally the episode was uploaded last evening.

So before the winner was announced, there was a quick precap and some fun footage of the the three finalists and their journey so far. The video also had a cool integration with Mania Ki Duniya (a popular channel on Youtube) wherein the concept of beauty and the blogger was explained in a their signature manner.

Colorbar Perfect Match BB Cream Review

Hello my lovelies,

Hope you'll are having a good mid-week holiday thanks to Eid :) If you follow FOMO videos on our Youtube channel, you would've seen, due to humidity we've been on the lookout for something lightweight for the face, so we decided to try out Colorbar's Perfect Match Beauty Balm in the 'White Light' variant as this one is for the fair toned complexion. We've used it for about two weeks now and are ready with our thoughts on the product, so read on :)

The product is packaged in a rectangle carton inside which is the BB cream in a flat off white and skin colored squeezy tube with a silver screw cap, good enough to carry in your bag. It comes in three variants if we are correct, for fair, medium and dark skin tones.

Now coming to the BB cream, the texture isn't very runny, it blends in easily and has no fragrance, which is good for people with sensitive noses. It has a slight cooling effect on the skin. The BB cream gives a smooth, even toned, satin finish, making the face look natural and healthy. If you have an oily skin, you'll love it but otherwise you'll need to use a moisturizer before applying the BB cream to avoid making the skin look patchy.

It provides medium coverage but if you have major imperfections and blemishes you will need a concealer. The BB cream stays on for about 5-6 hours, one touch up in the day is required which is not bad at all. Also it didn't cause any break outs or allergy. Another great thing is it provides decent sun protection having SPF 20 and is also paraben free. Yay!!

Lastly coming to what matters, the price! It's priced at Rs. 550 for a 29 gms, which might be slightly expensive if you are looking at it for everyday use.

Pros :

- Available in different variants for different skin tones
- Blends easily
- Provides even tone
- Natural and healthy look
- Good staying power.
- Decent coverage
- Great for oily skin
- Doesn't cause break outs
- Has SPF 20
- Paraben free

Cons :

- For dry skin, need to use a moisturiser before applying.
- Slightly expensive

Verdict : 4/5

P.S. We also tried out the Pond's White Beauty BB+ Fairness Cream you can check out the review here, in case you missed it.

The Grand Finale : Beauty and the Blogger

Hello girls,

In today's blog we are going to discuss the Grand Finale of Beauty and the Blogger, India's first of it's kind web-based reality show.

After the under water task,  obstacle round and hollywood night, it's time for the finale night. Clearly the beauties and the bloggers have come a long way, testing themselves and their partners.

The final round on the grand finale night required the teams of beauty and bloggers to show their talent. The teams had the option to perform individually or with their partner. Besides Cyrus and Anusha, the newest dance sensation, Loren Gottlieb was the judge for this round.

While some show cased their dancing talent, some their humorous side, some their rapping skills, singing skills while some other their acting talent .

Over all we thought it was quite an entertaining webisode, watch the video and let us know who according to you was the most talented. Also at the end of the episode you can catch up on the final scores as to who is leading in this race of beauty and the blogger. The final winner based on the show points and total video views will be announced shortly.

That's it from our side, stay connected with FOMO on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube. xoxo

Decode Your Favourite Game Of Thrones Hairstyles With Toni & Guy

Flaunt your Allegiance to the Seven Kingdoms!

“Our watch has ended.”

It has been a riveting two months and it’s going to be an agonizing wait for Game of Thrones season 5. The show that took the entire world by storm and had even us, in Mumbai reiterating catch phrases like “Winter is Coming” in spite of Mumbai not having seen a decent winter in eons!

There is so much we will miss about the show, from Tryrion Lannister’s circumstantial sarcasm, Oberyn Martell’s exotic Dornish accent (and his even more exotic mistress), our Khaleesi’s three dragons and of course, to Jon Snow knowing nothing!

The gorgeous women in their extravagant clothes and intricately done hair are a treat for the eyes. We asked Mark Hampton, Global Brand Ambassador, Toni&Guy HairMeetWardrobe to decode these hairstyles just so we girls can keep the Westerosi spirit burning bright!

Disclaimer: We haven’t picked these women on basis of them being our favorites or next thing you know, George R.R. Martin will have them brutally slaughtered.

1. Margaery Tyrell

This ambitious girl from Highgarden will not let anything stand between her and the crown, be it her first husband’s death at the hands of a mysterious apparition or the more recent poisoning of her second husband, the infamous Joffrey Baratheon. She knows what she wants and she will fight for it tooth and nail, although she conceals it behind a façade of innocence and chirpiness. We love how her loose braids complement her risqué attire while retaining her innocence at the same time.

Do-it-Yourself

- Wash your hair before going to bed. Blot excess wetness with a towel.
- Apply TONI&GUY HairMeetWardrobe’s SMOOTHING DETANGLER to condition your hair     prevent unruliness or frizz
- Braid partially damp hair and leave it in overnight.
- In the morning, loosely pull out braids, untangling them gently with your fingers
- Take the top front sections of the hair on each side and twist away from the face, to the back of the head and pin in place.
- Take larger sections from the temple and twist back, pinning it parallel to the bottom section.
- Spritz unpinned hair with TONI&GUY HairMeetWardrobe’s SEA SALT TEXTURISING SPRAY to recreate the texture and body reminiscent of Margaery Tyrells perfect waves.
- Repeat on the right side.

You are now ready to take on the conniving Cersei Lannister!

2. Sansa Stark

The quintessential damsel-in-distress, you still can’t find the heart to pity Sansa Stark. You laughed at her when she tearfully crooned that she wanted to have Joffrey’s babies, you hated that she sold out Arya and Nymeria to the King and you stared at her in cold fury as she survived when Robb and Catelyn Stark didn’t. However, what you can absolutely not hate are her beautiful auburn waves that seem to be her only crowning glory.

Do-It-Yourself: Sansa’s hair is one of the simpler hairstyles featured throughout the series which means it's one of the quickest looks to recreate.
- Spritz TONI&GUY HairMeetWardrobe’s HEAT PROTECTION MIST to damp hair to help protect against damage and breakage caused by heat styling.
- Blow-dry, using your fingers to separate the hair.
- Section off some hair above the ears and braid it loosely downwards.
 - Repeat on the right side and use a transparent elastic band to secure the two sections of hair.

Look pretty as all the boys fall for your naïve charm!

3. Ellaria Sand

We fell in love with Oberyn’s gorgeous paramour at first sight. What’s there to not love about her? Her smooth olive skin, black hair and dark eyes along with her regally tantalizing clothes could give any Westerosi princess a run for her money. We could also listen to her talk in that delightfully suggestive accent forever. However, what really made us drool over her are her carelessly tousled curls which further encapsulate her outright irreverence for all rules.

Do-it-Yourself

- Apply one or two drops of TONI&GUY HairMeetWardrobe’s SHINE GLOSS SERUM to slightly damp hair to control frizz and flyaways for ultra-smooth curls.  Work a pair of tongs lightly on damp hair.
- Brow dry hair thoroughly. Remember to never use a curling iron on damp hair.
- Spritz TONI&GUY HairMeetWardrobe’s HEAT PROTECTION MIST to damp hair to help protect against damage and breakage caused by heat styling
- Heat up the curling Iron. Start with sections at the bottom of the head and work up. Use smaller sections to create Ellaria’s tight curls
- Once done, use a hair spray to prevent the curls from unravelling.

Smirk nonchalantly as all the boys try to unravel the mystery that is you.

4. Arya Stark

We’ve been rooting for this one since Season 1. We adored the relationship between Jon Snow and Arya Stark, we grinned when she poked fun at Sansa and we agonized over how close she was to being reunited with her family at The Red Wedding. But guess what? Grungy, rebellious Arya Stark needs none of your mercy as she embarks on her solitary journey to Braavos across the Narrow Sea.

Do-It-Yourself: Arya’s style is one of the quickest and easiest to imitate, provided you have short hair. Also, unlike Arya Stark, you would be required to wash and condition your hair regularly. Try not to roll around in grime and mud too much, as well.

- Wash your hair with TONI&GUY HairMeetWardrobe’s SMOOTHENING SHAMPOO and CONDITIONER to make hair more manageable and easier to style.
- Blow-dry straight in case you hair curly or wavy hair
- Use a fine-toothed comb to get those inward bangs.

Get ready for your water dancing lessons with Syrio Forel!

5. Daenerys Targaryen

We’ve saved the best for last! Looks like hair-wise, we do have a favorite! Our Mother of Dragons braves the sweltering Essos heat, leads a revolution against the slave cities and consorts with dragons while effortlessly maintaining hairdos fit for a queen. This two-section do indulges the young girl in her and asserts authority at the same time. We also approve of her wearing blue for the most part of the show as it resonates perfectly with her blue-blooded Targaryen status. Way to go, girl!

Do-it-Yourself:

-Before styling, use TONI&GUY HairMeetWardrobe’s MOISTURISING SHINE SPRAY to create weightless shine and long lasting smoothness that is synonymous with Daenerys’ hair.
- Take a large section of hair from the top of each side of the head and Dutch braid** it back.
- Tie braids together into a ponytail at the back of the head.
- Take another section of hair on each side and Dutch braid it backwards.
- Tie braids together and include the ponytail from the first braids.

**A Dutch braid is the same as a French braid, except each section of hair is braided under rather than over.

Brace yourself for a dance with dragons!
