Hello my lovelies,
Hope you'll are having a good mid-week holiday thanks to Eid :) If you follow FOMO videos on our Youtube channel, you would've seen, due to humidity we've been on the lookout for something lightweight for the face, so we decided to try out Colorbar's Perfect Match Beauty Balm in the 'White Light' variant as this one is for the fair toned complexion. We've used it for about two weeks now and are ready with our thoughts on the product, so read on :)
The product is packaged in a rectangle carton inside which is the BB cream in a flat off white and skin colored squeezy tube with a silver screw cap, good enough to carry in your bag. It comes in three variants if we are correct, for fair, medium and dark skin tones.
Now coming to the BB cream, the texture isn't very runny, it blends in easily and has no fragrance, which is good for people with sensitive noses. It has a slight cooling effect on the skin. The BB cream gives a smooth, even toned, satin finish, making the face look natural and healthy. If you have an oily skin, you'll love it but otherwise you'll need to use a moisturizer before applying the BB cream to avoid making the skin look patchy.
It provides medium coverage but if you have major imperfections and blemishes you will need a concealer. The BB cream stays on for about 5-6 hours, one touch up in the day is required which is not bad at all. Also it didn't cause any break outs or allergy. Another great thing is it provides decent sun protection having SPF 20 and is also paraben free. Yay!!
Lastly coming to what matters, the price! It's priced at Rs. 550 for a 29 gms, which might be slightly expensive if you are looking at it for everyday use.
Pros :
- Available in different variants for different skin tones
- Blends easily
- Provides even tone
- Natural and healthy look
- Good staying power.
- Decent coverage
- Great for oily skin
- Doesn't cause break outs
- Has SPF 20
- Paraben free
Cons :
- For dry skin, need to use a moisturiser before applying.
- Slightly expensive
Verdict : 4/5
